SHIPPING
We do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours of order being placed. We take great care in each and every order no matter how big or small. All orders are shipped via Fed Ex. Average ground shipping time is 2-5 days. Express shipping (1-2 days) is available for an additional fee.
EXCHANGES
Due to the high cost of credit card processing and shipping costs, we only offer merchandise exchanges or store credit. Exchanges for merchandise or store credit is gladly accepted within 14 days of date shipped. Item must not have been worn and tags must be attached to receive full merchandise credit. Store credit is good for one year from the purchase date.
GIFT CERTIFICATES AND COUPONS
Gift certificates and coupons may be redeemed by using appropriate coupon codes upon checkout.
GIFT PACKAGING
Gift packaging is available for $8.00. Your gift will be presented in a trendy wrapped gift box with bow and you may enter a personal gift message at checkout. Your gift message will be printed on the gift receipt included with your order. All items will be placed in one gift box, unless otherwise requested. Requested additional gift boxes will be charged at $5.00 each. We do not offer free gift boxes.
Gift packaging is not available for some large and/or odd shaped items, (diaper bags, winter coats, room decor, and bedding, for example). We are happy to include a gift message with these items.
PRIVACY POLICY
We use the information you provide when placing an order to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
We may contact you from time to time regarding your order status or about products or specials that we think you may be interested in. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, we will honor your request not to send them to you.
We use return email addresses from your email correspondence to us to answer the email we receive. Such addresses from your correspondence are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
Finally, we do not use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without providing you an opportunity to tell us not to allow such unrelated uses.
